The complex provides a separate laundry/drying room (ideal for drying wet suits and the like), bike store and internal playroom which catering for all ages as well as an external playhouse and swings area for the younger element.

The land acreage of approximately 14 acres, is occupied by a former Iron Age Settlement know as the Rosemarket Rath, with the remaining area taken by open fields, woodland and small horticultural area.

The open field areas although used to keep a train of very friendly but curious Alpacas allows short walks right on the door step, longer walk and cycling can be achieved by accessing the former Brunel Railway line that now forms an ideal walk / cycle route, this former rail line bisects the land ownership in its lower reaches.
